Ashes to Embers

Therapy that helps you move forward without having to relive the pain.

Hi, I’m Rebekah! As a licensed therapist and EMDR specialist, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Therapy to help clients heal from difficult life experiences. Together, we’ll move from burnout and emotional chaos toward freedom, resilience, and self-trust.

You won’t find a stiff white coat energy here. You’ll find me in a hoodie, curled up with my dogs, bringing my whole authentic self to every session. You’ll get someone who listens, cares, and isn’t afraid to gently challenge you when needed. I’ve been through the fire too—and I’m here to help you rise from the ashes.

Therapy Services That Work

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy is an evidence-based method that helps your brain finally file away what it couldn’t process on its own—without needing to relive the pain.

Trauma Therapy

Whether it’s a big, obvious trauma or years of small hurts built up over time, we’ll work through it using EMDR and talk therapy along with tools like CBT, ACT, DBT, and more.

  • you’re curious about Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

  • you’ve been through things you haven’t fully processed—big or small

  • you feel stuck in harmful mental, emotional, or habitual patterns that stem from trauma

  • you’re looking for more than talk-therapy, rather tools and practices to overcome trauma

  • you want a two-way, long-term relationship with your therapist

  • you’re a woman-identifying, femme, or LGBTQIA+ adult (not necessary!)

We Should Talk If…

If you’re a therapist or mental health professional looking to add EMDR to your client’s treatment, I'd love to work with you! Connect with me here.

If therapy has felt cold or ineffective before, let’s try something different. Consults are free, about 30 minutes, and there’s no pressure.

Just a chance to connect.

You don’t have to be 100% ready. You just have to take the first step.
