This 30-minute call gives us a chance to talk, learn a bit about each other, and decide if working together feels like a good fit. It’s relaxed, supportive, and always judgment-free.

  3. We’ll have a consultation phone call!

  4. If we’re a match, I’ll walk you through next steps (like intake paperwork and benefits check) and we’ll choose a weekly session time for a video appointment.

  5. If we’re not the right fit, I’ll guide you in the direction of someone who is.
